Do people receive notification from IRCC when they dispatch the passport? My return tracking was activated today at 5.14pm "Ottawa ON Item processed". Can I safely assume that is my passport or they might have used my envelop for someone else's passport?

Document checklist has detailed requirements on digital photo. Compare that with what you have and if your photo doesn't meet the requirement just go take another one. Why assume and worry?

My PPR email says my passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months for stamping. I'm not sure if that requirement varies, or if it depends on whether you are from a visa exempt country. You might want to consider renew her passport given the time between AOR and PPR could be 3-6 months.

No you are not required to provide proof. You can if you feel it's necessary. I personally did because I renewed my passport and majority of my travel history was recorded on my old passport. I attached a copy of that to my LOE

You should include all your activities in personal history. Provide an explanation in your LOE that it was distance learning hence you were moving between different cities

For that question, you should select NO. It asks whether half or more of your study program is in fact language course

What is CTC? You can just update the work hours in your profile. EE requires 30 hours/week so shouldn't be an issue
