Hi all,

I received a Ready for Visa email from CIC. The give me instructions on what documents to sends etc..

In the email they have the statement "PLEASE RETURN THIS PAGE AND ONLY THIS PAGE ALONG WITH YOUR PASSPORT"

However the formatting of the email is messed up that the pages are not clearly defined (for example page they want me to print runs over two pages"

Has anyone received such a badly formatted email? and how did you deal with it when sending the documents to the visa office?

Sorry if this question sounds silly but I've got so far and would hate to mess it up now :)

Simple:
1. Select only that section by mouse drag
2. Right click, print

P/S: there are already so many threads about this. You don't need to create another one though.

Thank you both.
One more question please: Is a confirmed ticket booking enough or do I also need to include a hotel booking/relative letter stating where I'll be staying?

@bellaluna It was highlighted in my required documents checklist. The wording read "Confirmed Itinerary/Ticket" so wanted to check whether it was either one or both.

Yup I was confused as well because I personally know someone who got the PR and were never asked for these either :/

Yes, mine said to send the ticket too. Someone said that they contacted IRCC and was told its a mistake. I just bought my ticket and sent it with my passport.
