PR Application Digital Photo

The photos I have appear to be suitable, however given the different requirements and because I am essentially uploading the digital photo (not one that is printed and then scanned), I am not sure if everything is a 100% correct.

My question is: Let's assume my photo isn't correct. Will my application get cancelled or will I be asked to re-upload different photo?

Document checklist has detailed requirements on digital photo. Compare that with what you have and if your photo doesn't meet the requirement just go take another one. Why assume and worry?

It asks things like: The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.

I have a digital photo in pixels. How do I make sure of the above? I do not have a printed photo.

You wont be rejected because of the photo. They will ask you for another 1 anyways when you get your PPR. I just scanned mine btw. All of my documents were scanned from my phone using an app. Just dont worry to much about small details.
