Guys...i hope someone can answer my query...I have got my job reference letter but my employer has not mentioned my CTC on it and also in my EE profile I have mentioned 45 working hours but my reference letter has 40 hour per week...can somone suggest what can i do in this scenario

You can just update the work hours in your profile. EE requires 30 hours/week so shouldn't be an issue

Option#1
1) Letter of explanation mentioning that "As per company rules, they don't mention CTC as part of employee reference letters". Please attach your income tax returns and Payslips to support this.
Option#2
1) Get an email confirmation from your HR that they don't put CTC in reference letters. Attach with paystubs.
45 vs 40 hours
1) As long as your experience is good with 40 hours, you don't have to worry. Change the EE profile to 40 hours.
I have already got ITA with 45 hours mentioned in my profile, I don't think I can change it now
CTC is Cost to Company and I have already got ITA with 45 hours mentioned in profile
Provide a brief explanation in your LOE. Since this change doesn't affect your points you should be safe.
Did you accumulate your total years of experience with 40 hours? Do you think you will fall below the points if it is just for 40 hours? If not, you are good to go with LOE.
