I use gmail and yeah, the annex A is cut off! I didn't realize it until I clicked it to see the entire message that the form is longer than that. lol Agree, they could have used pdf attachment instead! See below: http://prnt.sc/dzto9u

So I think it doesn't really matter, whichever works best for you. I have just mailed everything they want yesterday, with a different address because I moved but never update my address in the application.
