    PR renewal decision made ..fast!!

    Is that 2 days after AOR? If so—totally normal. It’s also quite normal for PR card renewals to have AOR and decision made on the same day. You will not receive any more emails. You will simply receive your PR card in the mail in 2-6 weeks. If it’s 2 days after delivery, then that’s an anomaly.

    Likely because the non-immigrant US visa must be valid when you apply for the eTA, unlike the previous Canadian visa requirement which can be expired. Try again with the correct expiry date.
