Is Cenomar for child necessary?

Hi, Filipino coming to Canada through spousal sponsorship with Canadian husband. There is a 9yrold Child dependant. On list of requirements it said if applicable.

Is cenomar required for the child dependent as well?

Is there no clear answer and it's better safe than sorry to add one for them? Seems obvious a kid would not be.

Then go with the obvious. That would be really disturbing if a 9 year old child were ever married and last I checked illegal in the Philippines.
