What does that mean if your BG check went into progress "2nd time" and you get request for settlement plans in Ontario?

My bg check 1st time went to in progress on 15th june then in 10 days changed to not need needed at this time.. and now second time got changed to in progress on last week...!!

You cant claim points for Pharmacist NOc 3131 unless you have licence to practice in Canada. Foreign experience won't count in any licenced profession...!!

LMIA?? its not cake walk buddy, noone is ready to do that. its only available for low skiled jobs, where you are working as a cashier, give them money for LMIA and they will write you letter as a manager or supervisor...!! Come here and you will figure out that how hard it is to find a job...!!

It will take time, some people gets it sooner and some later...!!

They quote that by knowing only from your application and after confirming it with your WP. They write it only to confirm it that the letter is directed to you, not someone else.

You don't need to submit anything there, its just a identification line in reference to your application with that UCI number. Just send the document related to the second line...!!!
