Hi All,

i am about to receive my COPR in July-2016 and it will expire in Mar-2017. My Wife is pregnant now and child will be born in Mar-2017.

Kindly inform me how i will inform CIC about my spouse pregnancy... is it either through email or EE FAQ ?

Will it suffice for my PR to travel to canada in Oct-2016 for a week with my wife to get PR status?

What documents do canadian govt required at the port of entry regarding preegnancy? can they stop us from landing due to pregnancy?

Regards
AA

I already sent my duties to them and in reply i got below mail

Based on the limited information you have provided, we are unable to propose a potential National Occupational Classification (NOC) code. Please conduct a more thorough search in the NOC Web site by using your occupational title or keywords related to your profession in the Quick Search box located at the top left side of the menu bar. This will generate a list of possible occupations. The education, main duties and employment requirements should also correspond to your occupation.

I have again tried to mail them with all the details but no reply. Can someone help me in evaluating my noc.
I sent email at NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca and got response from them. I was confused between 2171 and 2283 but I did finally get a answer from them where they suggested 2171 for three of my work profiles & for fourth they suggested 2283.

These suggestion came after three email exchanges because they always came back with request for more information like:
1) the education and work experience required by the employer for entry into the occupation (please be more specific with this information), and
2) the type of establishment in which the work is performed.

So my suggestion to you is to send email to id I have mentioned above. And apart from Roles & Responsibilities statement also provide #1 & #2 and also for each of your work profiles provide details like
-Working Period
-Designation
-Working hours per week

Hope it helps!
On a side note, one can always add response from above mentioned NOC people's email as supporting proof (LOE) for the NOC they selection during submission of their ITA application.

Relax - there is no definite timeline to receive s4 request. Hopefully, you receive it soon!

Good luck and all the very best!

Good evening,

I am FSW outland applicant and I am waiting for OINP nomination (AOR received). In the meantime I am trying to prepare all other docs, which may be required after ITA. I am divorced with 2 children (aged 2 and 6) and I have a custody of both children as per court ruling. I can see that sponsorship of dependent children implies country- specific instructions, under which the following doc must be signed by the other parent and notarized. I remain in "good working" relationship with my ex husband and father of my children and he is aware of our plans re Canada. However, I would like to sign the declaration with him sooner rather than having a surprise (who knows if he changes his mind) post ITA. Could you please advise, for how long such declaration is valid? I.E. if I sing it now, and receive my nomination by year end 2016 (God knows when, just an assumption) and ITA even later, would this declaration still be accepted?

Thank you.

DECLARATION
I, the undersigned, _____________________________________________________________________
authorize my son (daughter) _____________________________________________________________
to immigrate to Canada to live permanently with his(her) father(mother) __________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________
I understand and accept that this will not oblige the Government of Canada to grant me admission to Canada
in the future, either as a visitor or as an immigrant, unless I satisfy all the requirements of the Canadian
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations in effect at that time.
If this condition is not satisfied, I understand and accept that this may result in a permanent separation from
my son (daughter).
Declared at ____________________________________ on ___________________________

N.B.: This declaration must be witnessed either by a Notary Public.

Hi Asivad,

I am on the verge of refusal for my ONIP Application. I have blindly trusted EE CRS calculator and selected my eligibility criteria as CEC (incorrectly) in my OINP application form.

Below are the complete details:

I worked more than one year in Canada between Aug 2012 and end of Sep 2013.

EE Profile created on : 31-Oct-2015 (EE Profile calculated CEC eligibility as 'Met')
PT interest letter : 6-Nov-2015 (EE Profile had been showing CEC eligibility as 'Met')
Appl package submitted : 24-Nov-2015 (EE Profile had been showing CEC eligibility as 'Met')

Acknowledgment received : 15-Dec-2015

Req to submit ECA : 31-Dec-2015

ECA report sent : 6-Jan-2016 (EE Profile updated CEC Not Met)

I realized the fact and sent a Letter to

Ontarionominee@ontario.ca with all these points and also requested in the mail that

"Please consider my application under FSW category because I am no more eligible now under CEC.

I request you to kindly let me know if I need to submit any application form for the same."

But I did not receive any kind of response to the mail though I did follow up twice to the email.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Today I have received a mail from Express Entry with subject: "Procedural Fairness Request – Canadian Experience Class"

"Your application does not provide

sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year (12 months) of cumulative, and

full-time employment (1,560 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work

experience in a National Occupation Classification (NOC) 0, A, or B occupation in

Canada in the past three years from the date of PT Notification of Interest from Ontario.

Please note that the OINP calculates cumulative work experienced based on the date of

the PT Notification of Interest.

In your case, the Program issued the Notification of

Interest on November 6, 2015 and your work experience was assessed three

years prior as of of this date.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to provide additional information

or documentation to support that your application satisfies program criteria.

Should the program not receive additional information within this timeframe, your

application will be assessed based on the existing information on file which may lead to

the refusal of your application.

Thank you for your application and your interest in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee

Program."

Now I am not sure How to respond and I cannot provide CEC Documents as it is clear that i wasn't eligible at the time of the application.

Could you please help me and give your inputs on this.

Thank you in advance.

******************************************

Below is the letter received from ONIP
****************************************

Dear Sir/Madam:

RE: Procedural Fairness Request – Canadian Experience Class

Thank you for your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

under the Ontario Express Entry : Human Capital Priorities Stream received on

November 24, 2015. Your application and all supporting documentation submitted to

date have been reviewed.

Before a decision is made on your application, this letter is to provide you with a final

opportunity to submit information to support your eligibility for nomination.

If you choose to be assessed against the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) criteria, all

applicants must meet the following provincial criteria:

 A minimum of one year of cumulative and full-time employment (1,560 hours or

more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work experience in a NOC 0, A, or B

occupation in Canada in the past three years from the date of the P/T Notification

of Interest from OINP.

 A Canadian Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree or an Educational Credential

Assessment (ECA) report produced by a designated organization indicating that

your foreign education is the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors, Masters or

PhD degree.

 A language level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or above in all

language competencies (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) in either

English or French.

 Score a minimum of 400 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System in CIC’s

Express Entry system. Your score must remain at or above 400 during both the

Ontario nomination processing stage and at the federal application for permanent

residency processing stage.

 Possess sufficient funds and/or income to cover settlement costs in Ontario.

Funds must be unencumbered, readily transferable in a convertible currency, and

supported by bank statements.

 Intend to reside in Ontario, as demonstrated by a statement of intent and

indication of ties to Ontario.

The assessment of the information and documentation submitted in support of your

application indicates that some of the above criteria may not have been met, specifically

with respect to the work experience requirement. Your application does not provide

sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year (12 months) of cumulative, and

full-time employment (1,560 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work

experience in a National Occupation Classification (NOC) 0, A, or B occupation in

Program.

Sincerely,

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

Government of Ontario

Hello Seniors

I've just received PPR email, but my status expires in August 1st. The earliest I can land is probably August 15th. Do I need to apply for WP or can I land without a valid current status?

hey can any one help me out.. i have more than 3 years of experience as medical sales representative after graduation in inida and while applying for study permit to canada in 2013 i have submitted my original experince letter to cic as i thought i wont need it again. but for in order to apply for express entry again i need my experience letter and now all the management has been changed and they dont have my records. But i have few paystubs with me and i convinced new manager that i worked in this company and he is willing to provide experience letter, now the problem is with the dates as i forgot the dates mentioned during study permit would that be a problem. does they verify study permit documents in background verification.
