CEC doesn't required degree, yes, some jobs needs some education qualifications but its not mendatory at all. I think you wont lost 600 points of LMIA and if they take away the 120 points still you will be OK to get PPR...!! Good Luck

It wont be an issue as long as you land in Ontario. As you are currently residing in Ontario and doing landing in Ontario, it wont make any problem for you.
