If you present yourself at the border, regardless of the expiration of your PR card, your RO can be evaluated. Best bet is to be compliant with RO or not interact with CBSA.

Is there someone you could ask, whether in Canada or where you are now, who would know when you left Canada? What about checking a credit card history for when a ticket was purchased?

I think the « view » option is broken, never worked for me. My PRTD took about a month from US.

For the PRTD, mine was approved and I already have it back, and the « view » button is still grayed out.

HR has a boss. If they aren’t responding, maybe try reaching out to your previous manager, higher level, etc.. until someone does respond - if you haven’t tried already.

Yes. Not having a current PR card would might make life difficult, such as not being able to get health insurance or a driver’s license (or a SIN if you don’t already have one), but if you stayed 2 years without being reported, you would be back in compliance with RO.

@shevas2003 Other than picking it up in person, did you have any issues? How many physical days present t did you have in Canada? Just wondering; I am always interested in experiences/what happens for those accompanying Canadian citizens abroad, as that is my situation.

No bank, no employment, no housing documents, are you living on the street? Maybe a detailed explanation as someone mentioned above, and a signed statement from someone else (friend, shelter worker, co-worker) who can attest to your being resident during this period.
