I am still unable to link my application to my account, today I see change in ECAS last update date to 25/09/2016 it was 25/08/2016. Status is still same saying "received medical" Does it mean anything?

I think lots ppl are the same situation, BTW i think you meant PCC not PPR. PPR (Passport request) will be the last step. Keep your finger crossed, hopefully CPC-Ottawa will send PPR in bulk.

If you check the spread sheet it is between 1-2.5 month.

FYI I have always received Email at late evening 11 PM EST. That will be 9.30 AM in India. Though footer of email says Ottawa. Thanks

Rossei, thank you for putting your efforts in there. In the sponsorship approval letter CIC said that my file is forwarded to Ottawa for further processing though my parents are in India. Footer on the PPC request letter also shows address in Canada (Ottawa). In this case which should be my LVO?

I don't think if they are following any timelines, lots of friends from 2016 got PPR but ppl from 2011 are still waiting.
