Just checked mine, CIC application status shows Decision made but in my account it shows background in process

Hopefully, unfortunately in my case they haven't yet started background check, and I don't know how long it takes once it is started. Good luck to you and your parents

Thanks space thing worked for me I was trying since long too.

By looking at the timeline it seems that all the medicals done between June & September 2016 are being processed slower then others. BTW I am in the same boat.

I havent heard anything after medical request.

It is Sponsorship Approval and date when file transferred to visa office.

There should be a date mentioned on issued visa, you are looking for visa validity date.

Congratulations, that means you are expecting PPR in 1-2 weeks.

Unfortunately I am not able to link my application, but by looking in to forum it seems you are able to see that in My CIC but not in ECAS. I called them few times but it was not helpful, I never tried to get help from MP.
