That means you are approved or rejected as sponsor, usually approved (though you will get a letter for approval of your sponsorship)

I don't think they need anything for PCC, In India that will take longer time then Medicals. I would recommend you to start working on PCC. It took 15 Days for my parent PCC after application. you can apply at local passport office or passport seva kendra for PCC All the best

What you put in their application form. You have to mention intended home city and province in application.

So did mine. date for my application is April 22 and for my parents is 12 July. But still unable to link application.

That's not good, Friend of mine is still waiting for approval from 2014. He did not know that they have started processing files. He contacted them and they told him that cic will contact him soon. I am little worried about him now.

I saw mine changed today to "decision made" though I got letter for approval of my sponsorship on July 12.
