Hi kindly update my timeline in spreadsheet,

I received an invitation to take citizenship test today on March 14, 2019.

Question, they are asking for all original documents that support my citizenship application. Can I bring my AOR document? All my other documents when I applied for citizenship are all gone, my laptop wont open anymore. Bad luck!!!

You just have to take with you the original copies of what you have submitted. Like for example the original transcript or diploma. (though in my case, when I had my test and interview, the IO didn't even look for my transcript or diploma). It was just my PR card, Driver's License and Alberta Health card that was requested from me.

I guess the reason for not checking your transcript would be your good English. They can analyse I believe in a few sentences whether you they need to follow up on your language skills or not.

Hi admins

I've got today my test invitation email ... it was in my junk email and was received today at 8pm ... I didn't expect to get it this early, Unbelievable!!! I'm sure Toronto office has been started moving, believe me there will be a lot of test invitations coming soon for Toronto applicants... I will have my test on Feb 28...

I'm not going to ask you guys "How should I prepare myself for test?!" ... this has been asked and answered many times in this forum;)

Admin, could you please update my line... believe me you are doing a great job... I've been looking at the spreadsheet, almost, everyday...thanks a lot

Wjich office invited u for test? Scarborough or Mississauga?

I am new to the group; please add my status:

Location : Scarborough, ON
Application Sent: Aug 24, 2018
Application Received: Sep 20, 2018
AOR: Dec 7, 2018
Started Processing: Dec 18, 2018

Waiting for the next communication from IRCC

I have a question - is fingerprint asked mandatorily for all applications, or they request for only a few people?
Also, what will happen if we are unable to submit the fingerprint within 30 days? Do they wait longer
Please advice

It's only required if they find a similar name in their database, just to make sure you are not this person. That means FP isn't required for everyone.

If you can't make it on time, you have to contact them right before your deadline is over, explain why you can't make it and requires an extension.

Thank you!
I have another question, does the FP (FingerPrint) request come via email or as a physical mail?
Also, does the FP Request status reflect on the CIC once the request is made?
Please advice

You will see a line been added to ur Ecas as they sent you a correspondence on so and so but this request comes thru regular mail so no email. And once u r done with it there is not update to status online just have to confirm via call centre or email if rhey received it or not

Any Montreal applicants here?

They started to process my application on Dec 24th, and I still haven't received the test invite.

Also, I never received the physical copy of the Study Guide. Do they still send out the physical copy?
