Please someone reply if you know. I sponsored my husband (outland application). Medical and security done. Website showed Decision made. Then, it was in process ... they asked for some additional documents to prove that I (the sponsor) am a resident here! They needed proof. Now it is Decision made again. How much time should we wait to receive a letter about the passport? Can we call them or this is bad?

I'm very much left. My application never left Mississauga and I have not had any communication since Feb 20th.

I have emailed, talked to people at the call centre, ordered GCMS notes. Looks like not much has been done with my file since they acknowledged receipt of Schedule A and PCC in the beginning of april.
All I got from both call centre and email through case specific enquiry has been "we have everything that's been asked for, you just need to wait, you're still within the 12 month time limit.

My case is very straightforward and I thought I'd be done by now so I could start working.

I'm still here and will be here for a while. They also are not doing anything with my application. My partner's pcc is expiring in 1 month and they have not requested him to get a new one. I don't think it is because they are almost finished processing, it is because they are not even looking at our application. According to our GCMS notes, they have looked at our file two or 3 times since file transfer. They also didn't ask us for the RCMP police certificate until I emailed them and asked them whether they wanted it. I only did this because it said in the GCMS notes it was requested in April and we didn't order the notes until July. We are so unlucky because whoever is working on our file is not doing anything. I have ordered my notes a third time because I want to know if they are going to ask us for an interview and to see if they have done anything with the criminality review because it went into progress in February (6 months ago) and it was never updated since then according to our notes (hence they have not checked the pcc validity probably). To top it all off, they issued an alert that the earthquake in Mexico City where our app is being processed might cause further delays to processing.

I feel like this is going to be never ending!

how bout GCMS notes? did you ordered notes. our application too are very straightforward.

We are through Mexico City, I just added a line saying that the earthquake may cause further delays in processing. At this point I'm thinking it will take the full 12 months if not more. There is nothing I can do about it, as your signature says .... God is in control!

Hi, I need help on the status of our application:

I linked my account online on Mar 22, and the section "View my submitted applications or profiles", under the "Details" column shows "Your action is required", but under the "Messages" column, it has "None". Remember there was a technical issue back in June where a lot of us got the messages "Your action is required" and no "messages"? So I thought this has not been changed since then and I kept waiting for new status change until I action.

But it has been so many months, so I ordered the notes as instructed by many of you in this forum. Finally, I received the notes, scrolled through them.....but I saw the following lines that gave me hundreds of question marks, please if anyone know what has happened.

Does this mean I have missed the above requests? Did they send me a letter and I did not receive? Or did they send me an online request before I linked my account online that's why I did not see them?
What happened if I missed the due date for submission? And til now I do not see the request online, how can I submit online without any requests / links?
