The online application expects you to be in Canada. Else the Physical presence calculation is not the right number. You can search the forum where some have given a dummy return date and attached a letter of explanation. Only problem is it will trigger interview and also slow down your application processing.
Did you give citizenship test? The email address would have the processing office abbreviation. I don't think Nunavut has a processing office.

Probably a dumb question… in the employment and education history will it be a problem that I ended one position on April 30 of a given year and started the next on May 1 of that year? In the month/year format the online application uses it potentially looks like a gap, even though it wasn’t. I imagine that if they’re not asking for dates in a more specific day/month/year format that it won’t be a problem.
Also I assume that since I filed taxes for 2021, 2022, and 2023 it’s ok that I haven’t filed yet for 2024 and that checking no for 2024 won’t be an issue?

Hi everyone, I am preparing my citizenship application and have a few questions:
1) Which 2 pieces of personal identification are best to use for the application (Passport, drivers license, PR card)?
2) English results - I did the test over 2 yrs ago for the Permanent Resident application. Do I submit this again? Plus my accompanying spouse never needed to do the English test before, will she need to do it now?

1) You can use Passport & DL or PR Card & DL
2) You can use the test result of PR application.
Your spouse needs to give test or
- diploma, certificate or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary education program in Canada or abroad, where the language of study was English or French
- proof that you have reached the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or higher through a government-funded language training programs
A general question about timelines, since I haven't seen this addressed in the trackers or in comments in the monthly threads: for applicants applying who are over 55 years, and therefore don't need either the language check or the citizenship test, does the processing tend to be quicker? Do those fields in the tracker show 'not applicable' or are just turned to 'completed' when an officer gets to it?

And yes, I know can come up in interview, this person has graduate degree from a north american university and has worked professionally in English for decades etc, so not an issue. Just wondering about processing aspects and timing. All things being equal of course.
