Montreal is still good. I have been shifted from Montreal to Etobicoke after P1 for some reason, my P2 was opened by Etobicoke, I know this from my ordered GCMS note.

I dont know what VO is but the email came from this: IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

They mention the name at the bottom in the signature section! Like IRCC Montreal. Check that!

Alright! As of now, it's taking 9-12 days from P1 to P2. You should be getting it sometime around the next week if not today! Don't stress over it too much!

Thank you. Waiting is really draining me. I only have 1 month left for my work permit, I dont know if applying for wp extension is needed.
