FD in a month from AOR? Thats crazy!
I wish they did first-in first-out to be fair to all applicants.

I don't think I've seen that tbh. But if its CEC (inland) then its possible because Ottawa VO is very fast in processing applications. Edmonton is also quite fast.

Thats muy pvo and i’ve been on bgc ongoing since july 9…almost 2 months ago
Oh, I thought yours was Vancouver. That's crazy though. Maybe order GCMS notes to get insight. Hopefully you're not under comprehensive check. The combined application could also be another reason.

I was in Vancouver but i changed. I asked for gcms on july 29th so maybe i received it next week

CEC

AOR: 22ND July
Adr: 11 Aug
Biometrics and Medical Request: 12 Aug
Biometrics updated:13 May
Medical updated: 17 may.

Background check in process. Eligibility has not been started.

People with almost same AOR getting FD NOW. The level of anxiety is too much

You submitted on 22nd July but your bio and medical were updated in May?

I have a silly question… Do people receive updates on weekends at all? Or IRCC offices strictly work Monday to Friday?

I think they work Mon-Fri except on public holidays but its possible to get auto updates or GU during the weekend.

Just got the P2 email and the credentials for the PR Portal.

i just checked your timeline and i really need someone to explain why people under cec get their FD so quickly … like how can it be a few weeks for cec but multiple months for normal applicants ?!

But congrats ! Happy for you :)
