Q2. Will Etobicoke be issuing the CoPR? When was my application transferred from Montreal to Etobicoke?
A1. Your application was transferred to the Local Office Etobicoke on the time you received the Confirmation Portal, that is on 7 November 2024.
Q3. Can you see whether an officer has been assigned to my application for the issuance of CoPR?
A3. No, at the moment I don't see any name, only the name of the visa office, not the name of the visa officer.

Try as hard as you can , and secure as many documents relevant to the cause, they willHello every. My AoR is July 2024 as well. My application is a complex as it requires further review, maybe one of you know my case or it may happened this to one of you as well. After few months of asking updates, as per agent the application tag as complex app. After a week, I received the notes. It says, further review required. I reviewed the notes and stated that a lost some points because I didn't provide proof.
What I did, I provided the document they need after getting it from my current and previous employers. One of the document they ask is the employment information with Job description, if the position is full-time. Unfortunately, the company shut down and I can’t request those information during the submission of my PR app. I only provided the contract, stating my tenurity, salary. The contract is full time but it wasn’t mentioned. To provide that, I ask my co-workers (manager and staff) to certify the I worked and hold full-time position, a copy of JO, and proof that the service of the company was cancelled.
Do you think they will reconsider this? And I will regain my points to become eligible again? Thank you.
You need to submit all these documents using letterhead. The letter from your friend must also be on letterhead, either with your friend's name, and should include your job description. The letter must specify your salary structure, whether the position is full-time or part-time, and also include proof of your friend's job offer or evidence that they worked there.
