Thank you for your response, Will it be okay to apply open work permit with this AOR? Usually the AOR issued has Sponsor's UCI? The one sponsor received just has application number.

We had similar issue where AOR had UCI number missing. But UCI number remains same from your study to work permit. We applied for open work permit and got approved.

AOR is issued to the Sponsor in these types of applications. It is very random in terms of how you will receive it.. some people receive it in the mail.. mostly email though
Under the public policy applicable to PA with a temporary resident status. they can apply without AOR within last 2 weeks of their status (not before).
on the same boat here. Application submitted on Aug 8th. Still waiting for biometrics request.
