Good day sir, this is the principal applicant approval letter. This means you have met the requirements for being eligible to be sponsored. this is good as eligibility is second after background checks to take the longest to complete

As stated, it is a ghost update that basically tells you they are doing something with your file. how ever I got another update later with sponsorship approval

Ok based on what I see and from my experience this is a ghost update in most cases for most.

If you create a tracker using the sponsor UCI number the application number and information of sponsor you can see if aor was sent
