Yes. In my case, the PA's biometrics information was provided to IRCC for work permit in 2023, but the PR application still asked for it.

landed on May 27th. Just got the card today. ECAS never shows the PR card application status, but the card was still printed and mailed out.

If you have RRSP and TFSA, you shall notify bank as well since RRSP and TFSA are tied with your SIN.
