Under the public policy applicable to PA with a temporary resident status. they can apply without AOR within last 2 weeks of their status (not before).

AOR is issued to the Sponsor in these types of applications. It is very random in terms of how you will receive it.. some people receive it in the mail.. mostly email though

Hi, I received biometric instructions letter today... AOR is still pending though.

Did you receive AOR? I saw a couple of Aug 13 submissions got their AOR and even one from Aug 17

nothing got updated on the tracker.. just received PPR on the IRCC portal. Received at 12:45 PM EST.
