I received an email from IRCC that my application will be transferred from Mississauga to Etobicoke.

Unless you've completed a medical exam before that is within the admissable timeframe, you will have to complete one for PR as far as I know

I got my medical request on April 1, and a ghost update on the tracker on April 2, same day I got the exam completed.
