The Scarborough officers become impatient once the application hits 3 months but on the other hand, Vancouver officers only wake up when the application hits 3 months

I applied on June 25th on July 3rd I received AOR but no update after that should I follow up or should I wait?

You can check the email ID of the processing office in the contact us section of your test invite PDF.
