Yeap that’s the number. I know… it happened with me so many times u have no idea but u need to keep trying till someone picks up ur call.

She asked how she could help me and I said I needed information regarding my first PR Card because it’s been 6 months and I didn’t even know if they got my pics so she looked at my file and gave me the info.

After trying to reach out to IRCC multiple times I was finally able to talk with an agent today (waited time: 17m) and he said “our system has crashed, I can’t see ur application or give you any info, try calling tomorrow” BS!!!!! I asked him if process time is by COPR date or photos delivery...
