Ejay, rajaryan gave pretty good answers to your questions, I would only add that you must send the certified Iqama translation with the photo copy of Original Iqama, and according to my knowledge and experience you have to send the original certificate, degrees and diplomas. And nothing to worry, they would be returned. Immigration don't keep the original educational certificates. And if you are not sure of anything call directly to the embassy and they would answer that, I called them twice and they entertained my questions with quite a respect.

I have seen in the past forums. Most of them have received emails from the Embassy on Tuesday or Wednesday only.

I also had a dream few days ago that I am opening the Aramax Courier and inside it was my passports with Visa and some yellow color Visa approval letter
I just cant explain the feelings and emotions that were going through in my dream it self

Don't know whether some day it will be true or not.

Welcome to this forum. Greetings to you.

1) KSA Evidence - Valid Iqama Copy and Visa copy in the passport is good enough. Try to get a color copies of the same and include it in the package

2) Birth / marriage certificate - Try to get color copies of all the certificates. If not mentioned in the Check list for care giver, do not send the originals as some times the Embassy don't return the same.

3) For Employment certificate if is advised to get the Employment certificate and do the chamber of commerce attestation. Try your best to get it. If not the a copy of the contract and a explanation letter will do.

4) I think the police clearance letter is only valid for 6 months. Anyways if any document is missing the Embassy will mail you and ask for the same.

5) NBI clearance.. I am not sure, some body in this forum will definitely ans this ques.

thank u so much for answering my queries....im really thankful that i found this forum....gud luck to all of us....n i hope u'l still be there if il hve questions agen....right now im thinking of a reason on how to get an employment certificate from our hospital....ah, are they accepting bank drafts from riyadh bank, im planning to use my workmate's account since i have a hollandi account, or its better if il use NCB because i read from other forums that u dont need to have an account there to hve bank drafts, but i still need to figure out the location of the ncb here in jubail...thank u so much agen.....//

Yesterday I sent a mail to my lawyer. She said they will make a follow-up to the Program Manager today. I'm still waiting for their feedback. My days are already numbered and I'm afraid it's getting closer and closer to my deadline.
