Hi guys, has anybody thought of applying for PNP or EE in the meantime our applications are being reviewed?
I have already started to panic because my current BOWP will be expiring in June, and I have not received any response from CIC. I was thinking if I get rejected before I become eligible to apply for 2nd BOWP, which will be in February, I wont be able to extend my work permit through any other means.
I was thinking that I should probably apply through EE again in the meantime, but I hear that for EE we need a LMIA/LMO to get the maximum points. The other option I have is to apply through PNP, which I am also eligible for. In case of PNP, you have to wait till you get the nomination letter from your province and only then you would be able to extend your work permit.
Its getting very tough. Can anybody give their thoughts on this what should be done in a situation like this? Whats the best way to extend your work permit in this situation? Thanks!

This second review is getting so frustrating. Another day goes by. I hope it happens at least this month
Tell me about it. My file was opened on Sept 8 and put for review it is been four and half month and I am yet to hear anything. I have also applied for another set of GCMS notes and expected to receive by January 30. Will share the notes with you guys upon receiving.bouncer said:
Yes my friend. Applied GCMS Twice with no difference. Review required as I am being paid per diem and expenses here and T4 does not contain expenses just home country salary. I have many in same situation and they permanent resident now.rickyin said:
