After 24 months my Ecas is now Decision Made and Call centre agent has confirmed that it is positive

Senior I need your advice please, I applied for PR application in April 2014 and got my AOR on May 2014 and the current GCSMS says that my file require second review since October 2014 but up till nowe nothing has changed concerning my application. I apply for Saskatchewan nominee this year with job offer and got approved On December 3. I am confused whether to continue waiting for the outcome of my current application or to apply for another PR under Provincial Nominee.

It better to apply , i applied both under CEC and PNP. Once i get a final decision on one of the application i will drop the other one.
