Hi I am CECFeb17 and I am on the long list up there. (application filed on Feb 20, 2014, AOR March 13, 2014)

I ordered my GCMS notes on Nov 21, and received the notes this past Monday, Dec 22, at 11:56PM. 4 min before midnight.
Long story short, my eligibility is the main reason for review and the review deadline is March 15, 2015. Huh, really frustrating.

The notes also mention that I didn't submit any T4, NOA, or pay stub, though the employer letter confirmed my work title and salary. (I didn't have T4 or NOA ready as it was early Feb when I was preparing my application, and that was why I decided to send my employer's letter instead.. )

Anyway, T4 and NOA worried me so I called the CIC this morning and asked how I should send the supplementary documents, ie., T4 and NOA 2013, both of which are now ready. The agent: "send them by mail."
I hurried added: "would it be ok that I send these docs without being requested? I am just concerned if my docs would get lost as nobody is expecting them".
The agent: "it is totally up to you whether you send additional docs or not, which are not being requested. You can send them by mail"

Here is my Q for you: Did anyone get confirmation message from CIC when you send anything by email?? Yes , I sent T4, NOA and got confirmation mail by agent Of has anyone sent supplementary by mail (express or regular) and saw the confirmation mentioned on the notes? I am asking this question b/c I saw many posting suggesting email not, mail.. I feel like I am being reduced to such a small person, asking this nitpicky question..
I will suggest send by Email only (only exception is PCC)

Hi CEC_1304, How long they took to send you response? I am also in the same situation I sent my T4 and NOA 10 days back but I did not get any response from agent only auto generated email.

If i remember correct in 7 days I got reply. But I know many cases where CIC don't acknowledge .
You can say I was lucky in this case

I never received MR. as CIC considered my expired MR result (2 years old result) and it started reflected in ECAS "Medical result have been received".
But after receiving GCMS it was mentioned "Medical result expired" so i did again MR upfront and result sent by Dr on 12th Nov
