Im also waiting for my 2nd review as well my due date is June 5,15. I have my done upfront medical on Jan 5.
Hope CIC speeds up it review process for us !

Same thing here. Nothing happened on my CEC application since Jan 19th. Next review due date showed February 15th, 2015, and I received the notes in the end of April. I reapplied under Express Entry.

My case
FN: 25/04/2014;
No MR;

Briefly, "the duties described are too generic and do not provide more details to confirm the work experience in this NOC. The reviewer said the duties is slightly vague, but do appear to match some of the duties under NOC 4011, he also note that those duties are correspond with those found under 4012."
The second review required

Recently apply for the change in NOC from 4011 to 2112; and verify two errors in the reference letter and re-sent new one regarding my second year salary (should be 34000 rather than 36000) and work experience from (Feb. 2012 to June. 2014 instead of sept. 2014 which my boss claimed but no salary during July to September);

I am currently in US, hopefully this won;t be the reason they refuse my application.

My case was received March 31,2014 and FN was issued April 25 2014.
It's over 13 month waiting for ME as of FN.

No any files requested from CIC, but I revised several times reference letter and submit either my publications
The reason for second review is because one reviewer thinks the duties are too generic and partly meet NOC selected and also another NOC, which led me to apply for the change of NOC.
But I really think this won;t help you much, best way is to make your own GCMS and then how to resolve it by your own way.

Any MR? last information i see in this thread is of application received 31st mar 2014 and in second review. which i think some how indicates that the april 2014 applicants whose case is in second review might start getting MR soon. so humble request to all of you please post your happy news as soon as you get. ;D

what "CEC complete files" means in the GCMS notes under the section ASSOCIATION

I'm an August 5th applicant, GCMS notes show that a second review was recommended on April 15, due date May 15. Not even surprised that I did not received anything after that, as the due date doesn't seem to mean anything. I just did my upfront medicals. Hope this could potentially speed up the process... Who knows.

Applied May 29. Somehow my 2nd review due date is July 2015 which is 14 months after they received my app and 1 month more than avg processing time. Anyone has the same situation?
