WES turn around time

Hi Guys,

I had submitted education evaluation documents to WES around 3 weeks back. My wife report got evaluated in less than 10 calendar days but my report is still under "Evaluation in Progress".

I am just worried if there is a problem in my evaluation. Is there a way to reach out to them? Any one else with WES turn around updates?

I applied for my ECA on July 24. I received a notification today that my evaluation is complete. Around 8-10 working days, or about 14 calendar days.

hi,

i applied fr my wife's eca in june n on 24th june i gt the msg on wes site that the report has been dispatched to my address n one soft copy was also available online. i downloaded n saved the soft copy but its been over a month now n no clue where the original is dispatched as i chkd with the post office n they say they nvr received any mails fr me from Canada.
Is this report really needed in original nowadays or cn v just use a print of the soft copy which is notarized at the time of submission of docs to CIC n they cn verify the authenticity on their own from wes.

The soft copy is just fine...what we need to upload is soft copy. The printed version is just for our record.

I applied on 24th, sent the documents on 25th and it changed to "Evaluation in progress" on 27th July.

My verification took almost 1 month after I submitted all documents... it all depends on how many applications are in progress. All the best.

All documents were submitted last week. Got evaluation today - 1 evaluation took a week.. the other slightly about 7 or 8 working days I think, after receipt of all documents.

Mine took 5 months as WES was waiting confirmation from my University. You need to call WES at exactly 8am to find out what is the reason for the delay, so if it is the school, you can follow up with them

Called them at precise 9am. Waited for 22 mins and was told it is under processing

No reply on mails

It is well over 20 days now. I called my university - no one has reached them for any request

They usually respond within a day if you send a request onto the "Help Desk/ Contact us" dialogue message box....
Have they said that they are waiting for verification from your university? If not, then mostly the delay may be something else...

Try sending the message and requesting urgent update
