Wow thats strange.. I got decent replies everytime I sent an enquiry.
Though to be fair, I had sent them all before it reached Evaluation.. so they replied specifying that they had not received my documents etc. etc. maybe after it reaches Evaluation stage, they don't provide more details.... if that makes any sense?
