I hope this to be true, since my IELTS and medicals expired I do not want a re-calculation now

Now that my CoPR has expired and also my medicals and IELTS score. If CIC re-opens my application will these points be re-calculated ? Since my medicals and IELTS has expired will I be ineligible? Please share your thoughts I am very worried
