Have sent them via messenger, contact us, email.......I think by mistake they have done that update... Let's see how it goes fingers crossed... Hope they realise it

No way, I got everything done in front of my eyes.... Thing is they received it, linked it to my profile and later lost it.... The envelope clearly mentioned my Wes ref... Each page had the ref no
They don't have a support email address. You need to use their contact form to send them an email.
Lost it? We can't be sure about it. You are probably the first one to claim such thing. WES receives thousands of documents and mails each day and each one goes through a process, that is why they take so much of time. You should get in touch with WES via phone and hope to resolve it.
Else, a more proactive way would be to resend them the documents if they claim that they haven't received the documents. Also, check if they have received the package or not via entering your tracking id on Account Menu -> Track My Package on WES account page.
In tracking my package option - earlier it showed that it was delivered, I have the screen shot of the same....
Now when I put the same tracking number it's say not received....
They have made a specimen out of my case...
Really disappointed.
All I can do is pray.... Going to university is pain
Hi guys, WES claimed to send secondary verification to my school via mail and post since May 29th. Up till this moment my university claimed they have not received any such mail. Any ideas what could be delaying this. I loose five points by July 17th. Regards

If WES claims so, they must have sent it. Post mail can take up to 10 days to reach.
Mine was due on 10 Jun. No changes yetMy ECA by WES was due for completion on 11th June 2019, but got no status update or confirmation from them till now

Guys - Can someone please confirm if this is as expected?
1. August 2014 - Got my bachelors (India) evaluated from WES
2. April 2018 - Requested course by course evaluation on previous evaluation to start a Masters degree in the US.
3. May 16, 2019 - Submitted an application to upgrade my education to Masters or evaluate my Master's degree with WES.
4. June 12, 2019 - WES changed the status to HOLD, saying they need a bachelors degree certificate and transcripts from Indian university again.
I was told by WES customer service, when I applied for a master's degree upgrade (in May 2019) that WES already has my bachelors documents so no need to send them again. But what I got today is totally contradicting.
