Hi , i want to apply for visitor visa . My visa application has been rejected once around 6 months before . Can i apply now? And how do i make my file strong so that it doesn't get rejected again? My sister also live there.

Reason were:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• · I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• · I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• · I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

Purpose was to visit my real sister as she was pregnant at that time.
I have a business in india. I am married
I applied for both ( me and spouse) of us earlier , does that affect too?
I had around 9000 can $ in accounts
I have travelled to dubai only.

Your savings are pretty low. Can you increase them?

How long a trip did you request?

IRCC will classify you as having no travel history (i.e. no travel to countries requiring visas). This will work against you.

Higher chance of approval if you apply without your spouse.

I requested for 2 week trip.
If i increase my savings and apply without spouse .Are there any chances of approval ?

9000 is good enough for us weeks, however travel history is not strong.

Don’t think 9k is a lot unless her husband has a lot more money and he can include his financial records and include a not indicating he will also be sponsoring her trip. You won’t be considered essential travel and you’d need to quarantine somewhere else since you should have no contact with your sister or her husband until over 14 days.
