may be. But either way, i felt happy coz, atleast my file was opened by them and verified Medicals :)

Keeping fingers crossed.

In Visitors thread, one guy had mentioned that He got this status a month ago before TRV approval. 33 days for TRV is killing literally from India.

Hey
When did you file the TRV application pls?

Thanks

Hi Johnybegood and everyone on the forum

My TRV got rejected last year due to less proofs submitted. I have my PR application running. Will my applying TRV be a negative impact ?Is there some specific times I can apply for TRV?

There is no impact on your trv refusals with pr application
The more proof you give them the better it is...specifically family ties, pof, and purpose of visit

Hi everyone! My wife (PA) came to Canada on TRV this month while her PR application is being processed in New Delhi. Is it important to update her address to Canadian address now?

only if she plans on being here for the remainder of her process and will need her passport processed while in canada instead of her home country. if she is only here for a short visit, there is no need to update her address.

Hi. I am thinking of having my wife apply for visitor visa, so that she can come to Canada temporarily. However, her PR application is also being processed in New Delhi. So, if she's given the TRV, and later NDVO sends a request for PPR. What can I do in this situation, if she's not in India at the time of PPR request. Can a PPR be done in Canada, if so , how can I have inform the immigration to have it done in Canada here? Thank you.

If you are successful in your application they will likely request you to submit passport with photos (if required). Even though you apply online, there are still some steps you may have to go to a consulate / Visa Application Center / courier service for.

Hi, can someone please help me for following. Please send me a format so i can apply for my spouse TRV.

1. A kick ass cover letter giving reasons why I will not overstay the Visitor Visa and why I have to return to India after my trip.
2. A letter from my dad on a stamp paper saying I will return as per my flight dates.
3. A notarized declaration from my husband stating he will pay for my expenses & that I will not be a burden on the Canada.
4. A notarized invitation letter (addressed to VO) from my husband inviting me to visit him in Canada.
5. A hand written personal invitation from him to me asking me come and visit him (this is a personal letter, with lovey-dovey words about how much he misses me and wants to see me)

Thank you so much Hope I will get help.
