MP offices said that my file is in Q for review. And the VO VIenna asked her to call back in 3 months.
what does it mean File is IN Q for review????

She said that they means that they haven't open at yet for review, and that is just checked if something is missing and that they dont give a lot of information about it.

I can believe it....

This means that they have only checked your application for completeness and as you have not received any request so far I assume nothing is missing. Now it is waiting to be reviewed. Each VO processes application in the order they have received the applications which means your application is currently waiting since Vienna has still other applications to process which were received earlier.

I just cam from my MP office, and she will be requesting info on our application...if this is what they will answer it just gives me no hope that they will be contacting us any time soon, since they plan on extending processing times to 15mnts in few days.
I guess ill be moving back home soonish, and try not to think about this anymore cus its driving me nuts!

someone mentioned it here, and a friend said she was told they are extending the processing time. i am hoping thats just fals info...but at the same time i wouln'd be surprised if they do.

Yes I’ve tried last night and again this morning - I can’t look up the status.. Maybe they are working on the website…

Yes but I’m pretty sure that the months will be bumped up.. Which I can’t understand... when you look at it we can all just be waiting indefinitely...

I am the sponsor. I am sponsoring my husband.. Our Application was received April 12, 2013... Vienna Received the File May 10,2013... So we still have quite a bit of waiting to do.. And now if they bump up the months... I can’t even think about it without being sick...
