It does suck, they shouldn't have so many countries going through Vienna, they haven't really done any good to any of us by closing embassies in our countries.
Just for comparison, Vienna is processing the following (13) countries:
Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia
Rome is processing (6):
Albania, Greece, Italy, Malta, San Marino and the Vatican.
The last 3 don't even make a population of 1 city.

I just don’t get the processing times, obviously the processing times have nothing to do with when you application arrives to Vienna because if they keep bumping the times up you are waiting longer right? When our application was received it was 10 months waiting time - this does not apply anymore or does it?

So true and depressing, i really don't understand what they were going for when they did this. They just made everyone lives miserable.

Exactly.. so like I said before if they keep bumping up the times we can all just be waiting indefinitely.. this is crazy!

It's so annoying. Seems like there is just something happening for people who had an interview. I want an interview, too. It's not necessary, our proof of relationship stuff we sent in should be enough, but at least they would work on our application...

I agree, maybe they will contact us for one too, or just to send in the passport
Till then, we have to wait and hope for the best

It never did. The processing time is only an indicator how long it took to process finished applications within the last year. It was never meant to give an exact time frame for upcoming applications.

When you guys received AOR's, what did it say there, specifically for your application? Ours was 11 months, although the processing times at that moment were 9 months.

I never received an AOR. My GCMS notes say that my assessment due date is May 27, 2014 - 12 months after sponsorship approval. My medical exam is also valid until May 27, 2014 but I had it on April 4, 2013 (so it should expire on April 4, 2014). This is all I know about my file

You can find the Schedule A form here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E.pdf
2. New original police certificate from Germany.
For more information on how to obtain police certificate please visit this website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/germany.asp
Documentary evidence of travel by sponsor to Germany since September, 2012 and documentary
3. evidence of ongoing contact with sponsor (photos, letters, E-mails, phone bills).
The information and/or documentation we have requested must be provided to us within 60 days of the date on this letter. This may lead to the refusal of your application.

Now my question is, whats your idea abour duration of processing time? do you think every thing is done now? and we are going to get visa?
I am wondering why they didnt ask us new medical certificate? becuase it has been expired mid of January.
please help me out friendsss.

Hi Everyone!

Irsa, thats soooo great!!! I don't know how long would it take from now, but I am reading in other threads and when they get "in process" its about a month, BUT it's Vienna as we know how slow it is... So... But anyways, you are on a very good path ;)
Little_Apple, don't wish an interview, the other member of the July thread just got rejection, she is sooooo mad and sad and disappointed:( I feel so sorry for her. :( her husband is from Albania, they got married after 1,5 years, she travelled there 4 times etc. I do know every case is unique and we could never find out what made the VO do that, I only say that there could be tricky questions what you cannot answer and that is not a good thing at an interview... ::)

But anyways, I do understand all of your frustration and I wish a fast finalization on everyone's application!!!

As for me, well.... My husband bought his ticket to Hungary for April 30th to May 17th to try and work our things out, make me fall in love again and do trust him, but I am so frightened... And the other thing is that the Father or the twins can see this and he is changing his mind about allowing the kids to leave the country.... And basically I understand him..... So... Anyways, I keep inform you guys once in a while :)
And bumping in to read how are things going.

Alright I need my morning coffee now ,

Hugs: Csilla
