You must sent them by mail as the request involves a Police Certificate. I guess you may use a courier service for faster delivery.

Actually you are being processed as we speak. They have accessed and assessed your file and they want now only these docs to complete it. So if I were you I wouldn't waste my time here and go out to get those documents...

BTW. What is your timeline please? (I know you had mentioned in the past :-[ )

Now my question is, whats your idea abour duration of processing time? do you think every thing is done now? and we are going to get visa?
I am wondering why they didnt ask us new medical certificate? becuase it has been expired mid of January.
please help me out friendsss.

Dear Irsa.. Congrats.. I also got the same request except the Schedule A n Police Certificate, They recvd on 13th Jan. now i am just waiting for their next steps. Hopefully u will get some positive response.

Dear Great Tom, I wonder, if they have checked teh background.. i think even after this doc request they will take further 5-6 months... this Vienna , We cannot expect anything FAST!!!

Ask him to send via Registered DEUTSCHE POST (einschreiben) .. it will reach there in 7 days...

About the medical, I was wondering the same thing when they invited me for an interview, bcs they only asked for new police certificate, when I asked about the medical they said I will be informed at interview. We have a similar timeline, my medical also recently expired. I am hoping this means there is a possibility they are planning to extend it bcs our processes might end in the near future and less than 15 months elapsed since our last medical. This is the procedure

I booked my flight for the interview in Vienna. I'm trying not to think about it too much bcs I have more than a month till then and I could go crazy. Hungary, when I read what you wrote about that girl who got rejected I think I got a panic attack! Not sure if I should ask you anything about it or just try to be positive and confident all the way, these are just very exceptional circumstances!!! Glad to hear your hubby will visit so you can sort everything out.

Muby, thanks for the info, Vienna answered to my email thanking for the interview attendance confirmation so it's final now. Eva, I am wondering the same thing, I was just there with my hubby for 2,5 months, what kind of additional proof of ongoing relationship do they want? But then again, who knows if these PR officers even look at files submitted for Visitor visas...

I wonder if I should get a new police certificate from Germany. It expires in February and I don't think I will get PR before May, June or even later.
This would save me some time in case they request it later...

I think you should wait before they send u an email.

I wouldn't send an email to Vienna. I would just get the police certificate from Germany. It's 13 Euro / $20...

To get police certificate of Germany , you should be in Germany, i dont think that from Canada you can order this!!

I ordered the last two from within Canada (for my work permits). It's not a problem. They send it to Canada within a week

2. Documentary evidence of any visits to Serbia made by the sponsor after September 2012, and or documentary evidence of ongoing correspondence
with sponsor

The regular 60 days to send this in.

I haven't felt this good since we got married hahahaha. I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It's a good thing I had the wits to save all my boarding passes, reservations for honeymoon etc... and lucky that i was able to visit my wife 2 times since we've been married.

I'm hoping and guessing this means my wife won't have to re-do her medical and the interview is waived. I can't calm myself im so excited but then I feel so much for those of you that have been waiting even longer. Wishing this weeks good karma spreads to all of you. Now it's back to printing conversations, pictures, screen shots etc...
