Congratulations.. but your plan was Feb 2014:P... btw what questions they asked you

They ask me the questions from the form that I got from Vienna
Have you ever been charged /convicted of a crime or offence; refused admission to Canada or required to leave Canada?
Have you any dependants other than those listed below?

Also they asked me these questions:
What is your spouse name?
You was refused for tourist visa once?
How did I get my immigrant visa?

Welcome to Canada!!! :) All the best to you and your loved one.

See, I told you :'(
Thats why I absolutely gave up every each drop of hope I had in my mind, playing with the fantasy that I might be the exception etc. Nope, I simply concentrate on ignoring everything about the immigration. Its easier. I am making a huge favour for myself.

Szia!
Don't give up hope, you might be somewhat of an exception. Although we have been waiting since July 2012, we don't have any dependants, they lost a birth certificate and then got our email address wrong to notify us, and Tamas has worked in the foreign service while living in 3 different countries, so police check from all three, background checks from all three countries....I really think that our case is the exception and you will have a smoother ride :D
Is your hubby able to visit you half way through the process?

Sarah

DannyBoy i would recomend to put thios question To FSW2 forum , this is all Spouse applicants

Thanks Sarah, Szia :) i will hold on, there is nothing else to do anyways ::)
My case is not simple either, not as difficult as Tamás's , but still complicated.
I was a PR as a child on my mother's behalf, and lived out there in Canada. But she moved back and took me too. Now I had an issue with this formal PR of mine, what I still held, but couldn't renew it, but I had to fill out a different form about that and also had an interview in Vienna about it, but anyways, this November 12 th is the end of the appealing time of this formal PR status - which I wont appeal obviously, so the sponsorship could go on from the 12 th.... :o ???
And also I have kids from previous marriage (I got divorced for him) and we have a big age difference as well... (He is the same age as my ex though) but who knows, they might still not like it. I don't know. But I would be the most surprised to be the exception :-X
But anyways, tomorrow, if its not raining, I will take the kids to see the kindergarden, ooohhh Gosh... It will be difficult for me, but if they like it, its better than to stuck here in the house and be bored all winter long..

Europe, how are you?!

I miss everyone btw

DannyBoy, yup we are here in FSW Vienna thread, please join us:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/applicants-vo-vienna-please-join-t79097.420.html

But of course, since Vienna is small VO we prefer to exchange information and experiences with FAM friends, including our desperation and happiness when someone like Sponsor finally succeeds.

No, nothing yet from Vienna. We are all very frustrated.

I don't know if this information will be of any help to anybody, but just in case. Recently, BC has changed the rules for Medical Coverage. Now, a spouse who is an applicant for Permanent Resident Status in Canada can get BC Medical. I'm here as a tourist, but I was told that I could still be eligible.
You can find all the information in the link below...

Yess that is correct, my husband asked into this as well, so actually as soon as I find out that I dont need to go in for an interview, I can go there and will be covered ;) i didnt know it was something new though, I would have shared it then ::)
