Hi friends,

so 2 weeks ago I sent the police records directly to the VO and just now my lawyer received an email from them requiring the police records from the three countries that I lived in for more than 6 months.

First of all, I think this counts an news from the visa office so we know that they are alive.

Secondly, did any one else get any thing from them?

I didn't check ecas for a while. It would be frustrating anyways because my file has been in Vienna for not even 6 months.

First Welcome to our thread, i can only recomend tell your husband to send the military booklet , they will ask for that , as we are know EX yugoslavia was in War , and they are asking whoever are from EX yugoslacvia to send this ,
and also Police Clearnace has to go with all your file, when you applied the first one, better to send all the papers now, than Vienna to request m and they will put you in Q , for each letteres they will ask.,

Hi Europe Nothing so far... My file is with vienna for more than 8 months and no info. from them yet! Last info i got was in Aug that my File is in QUEUE .. i dont know what does that mean...what i understand is that they have not yet opened my file.

My E-cas has been updated today , its not only they received my app ob July 16th , but they added that medical results have been received. I dont know what does it mean, might not be very much but at least its something giving me some hope.

It means that they received your medicals and added them to your file. That's good because there are many people whose medicals get lost

They have been in contact with my husband quite steadily over the past week, and even confirmed receiving info from us, we used to have to pull teeth to get simple confirmations like that in the past. I hope all of our complaints will help future cases

Little_Apple, thank you!! Thats great that it did not get lost I was thinking that at least they might had opened my file, or not? I do know I still have to wait a lot more months, I don't have false hoping, just wondering.

Thats why I absolutely gave up every each drop of hope I had in my mind, playing with the fantasy that I might be the exception etc. Nope, I simply concentrate on ignoring everything about the immigration. Its easier. I am making a huge favour for myself.
