I stayed away the last couple of days to avoid getting hit by missed fire during the epic fight. hahahahahaha.
Milance how are you buddy? I feel a little guilty because I started this issue!

After being notified by their Jan 28 2014 email for additional documents by Vienna (5 in total), finally yesterday I mailed them the whole lot in a nice yellow envelope!
Now I can start counting and hoping for the end of our process. I don't want to keep my hope up but I like to believe that by the end of April they should sent us the COPR so we can move along and catch up with our stand still lives

My parcel arrived in Vienna today. Finally.
Now they'll put my file on the pile for processing. I'm excited if my ecas will change ;-)

Thank you very much for your kind words.

Yes Achilees is my daughter Elena's husband. They applied through Rome as they are both in Greece. Rome had a pretty good record in processing apps very fast last year (less than 7 months)
So maybe they will get their visa by early June or july!

endrit345 was really weird.....his comment on obtain PR for his wife was strange and his farewell at the end : for a moment I even suspected that a Vienna embassy worker posted that comment just to show us that they work hard and that some applications could be processed in short time

Documentary evidence of intention to re-establish himself in Canada. If there is a job offer it should state date employment to commence, salary to be paid and position to be held in the company.

5. An employment offer from Canada for my sponsor husband ATHANASIOS APOSTOLOU (proof of intend to return to Canada)
6. A Rental agreement from Canada (Additional proof of intend to return to Canada)

Hopefully this will be more than enough for them!

I have an ultrasound tmrw for a check up...ill be 41 weeks tmrw soooo i think they will induce me over the weekend if baby doesn't decide to come out on its own

I went to the MP's office today, and all I can say is what a disappointmet that was. The lady there pretty much told me to be patient, it's only been a few months over the processing times, there is nothing they can do. Then she said that since I requested GCMS notes last year they pulled my file and that also caused some delays. I told her it was an electronic printout not the physical file, so she sad it doesn't matter, they pull it. She was full of c..p

This is what she said about GCMS notes, they pull your file, then erase all the information from the printout that they don't want you to see and then they put you at the end of the line. I was ready to strangle her.

I was so upset I can't even tell you. Then she went on telling me that so, what is this your 3rd marriage? I could't believe her nerve and her attitude. I told her it was my 2nd marriage, then she asked how I immigrated to Canada, and look, your husband is younger then you. If this kind of people work in government offices then we are all screwed. So at the end she said they will send a letter to Ottawa not Vienna, because this is not an emergency!!!
I don't think I will be going back there with a consent to release the info.
