nada3, what was the report on your last caips?

I had the GCMS notes in august last year... started processing Jan 18, 2013, medical: passed, eligibilty: passed, security : blank.
I was going to order new ones but then they requested a new medical, so I thought we are near the end.

Yes, I am also from 2012 (November 2012 AOR). After interview in January 2014 and submission of new medical (2nd time) and PC, I am still waiting

My interview was on Jan-14 and I got request for 2nd medical and PC on January 27 and I did Medical on Jan-28 and it was informed by the Doctor's office that the sent to CIC on Feb-03. MY PC was also delivered to Vienna on Feb-06, 2014 (as German post online tracking system shows)

There is no change in the e-case. It's the same since January last year:

We received your application for permanent residence on September 28, 2012.
We started processing your application on January 18, 2013.
Medical results have been received.

All the medicals are being sent in electronicaly right away, so there shouldn't be any delays with that.

You and JHKHAN have almost same timeline after 2nd remedi. request. Wait and c who receives the first... thereafter you can think of urs or he can... DONT PANIC dear

I ranted and apologize to the rest but it had to be said. Tom told him politely but even his "maybe" is putting the rest of us down in my opinion. He was arrogant and even though he left the forum im sure he is still reading this.

Milan e, you said ur wife sent +documents via express post to vienna, my husband sent PC with them, and then they said it can be tracked but only while in the country, after it leaves u cant.
Did they let you know from vienna when they got it or no?

I dont know if Nis posta is special but i doubt hahaha i sent my wife addition documents open envelope inside another envelope and she just added the PC and boarding passes i left with her. She gave me the tracking number i went on posta.rs and was able to track it all the way. Like i said it went from Belgrade to spain based on the postal code i looked it up. And then it showed me the postal code for vienna 11000...what ever it is. So based on tracking it arrived i will log in and try to post the screen shot. I dont think vienna confirms it.

After being notified by their Jan 28 2014 email for additional documents by Vienna (5 in total), finally yesterday I mailed them the whole lot in a nice yellow envelope!
Now I can start counting and hoping for the end of our process. I don't want to keep my hope up but I like to believe that by the end of April they should sent us the COPR so we can move along and catch up with our stand still lives

I stayed away the last couple of days to avoid getting hit by missed fire during the epic fight. hahahahahaha.

First of all I have to say hahahahahaha. Tom, you shouldn't worry about it, it would be started anyways! I was actually impressed how politely you skipped the discussion BTW, Avissa, your grammar remark was the cherry on top

PS. I'm affaid that when they finally publish the quaterly update (after 5 months or more) Vienna shows 3 months processing time hahahaha

Woooah.. i missed a war.. hhahaa.. though I dont post much here I do read.. I dont see why some people got so offended by someone thinking his career had something to do with his wife being approved .. he did say MAYBE.. and MAYBE it does, the funny thing is as much as we like to think we are smart and we know, we actually have no idea.. i do not beleive it boils down to " LUCK" when you are looking at someone waiting 7 months and another waiting 15 months+.. there is clearly something that is favourable in one application over the other.. though i think that if you meet minimum requirements for income, that factor should not really be a important but then again maybe in the eyes of the officers there may be some benifit.. again i DO NOT KNOW.. I just think its funny how some people got super defensive.. true it is balkan mentality and most people lie about their actual job title but the way it was brought up was not rude or disrespectful to anyone else ( in this case) ... Getting angry because you waited over 12 months and saying people who applied in 2013 dont "deserve" to be approved before you is also not the way to express your own frustration.
