Dear newpal, I called +43 1 531 38 3000, and a woman picked up the phone. I also called two other numbers, but it was just an automatic speaker, without option to talk with somebody. ;)

Dear newpal, I just called Canada embassy in Vienna to ask something about sending passport, and woman there told me that they are not working today, because of the celebration of the 1st May. So, Monday is next working day. ;) I'm sure you'll get good news very soon! :)

When you send passport with Terra, do they pick it up the same day? Yes, DHL is about 100e, I called them yesterday. :-\ And does Terra already has the form for authorization, or how? :)
