Hi friends:

I got our Notes, Its as follow:

Eligibility Assessment :
Status: Not Started-updated date 2013/03/02
Due date: 2014/03/21
Security:
Not started- updated date 2013/03/02
Due date: 2013/04/01
Criminality:
Due date: 2013/04/01

Paper File Transfer History:
Updated Date: 2014/01/17
Location: TDO Temporary Duty Officer

Could you please tell me what the meaning of Due date for criminality is 2014/01/17? It means that they are starting the criminality at that time? and its take long time after that?
Am I right that they started Security at 2013/04/01?
I am confused please help me out.

Thank you so much.

What I interpret is Both Criminality and Security Checks started on 02-03-2013 and the result of which will be due on 01-04-2014 i.e. April 2014 SO wait two few months more

I got my COPR today!!!!!!!!!! Oh, I'm so happy!!!!
Waiting time Vienna: 9+1/2 months.
But I have to say, Vienna was super fast on my case. When I checked e-cas today, it was changed to "Decision made" (2 days ago it was still just "Application received"). But it says that they started working on my application on January 30, 2014, and I already received COPR with a date on it January 31.
It was the RCMP who was delaying everything: over 8 months for security check. Even the MP told us before that it is not Vienna's fault, it's Canadians.

I hope that everybody will start getting their COPRs now.... Good luck!

Dear JJ how are you?

Congratulations and the best for your new life in Canada. God bless you.

Tom

Congratulations!!! Your application went through pretty fast!
What's weird is that the same RCMP is able to perform a security check within a couple of months when it comes to Rome or Paris applicants...

When you requested GCMS notes online you seem to have filled out the consent form wrong. You have to fill it out again.

Section 1: Name and Date of Birth of the Principal Applicant

Section 2: Name of the Sponsor (Canadian Citizen or PR who is requesting the information on behalf of the person mentioned in section 1

Section 3: Name and E-Mail Address of the Sponsor (same as section 2)

Section 4: Check 'yes' both times

Section 5: Principle Applicant has to sign next to 'Your signature'. Your spouse or common-law partner signs next to 'Signature of spouse or common-law partner'. Fill out the date underneath the signatures.

That's it! Scan the form or take a picture and send it as an answer to ATIP's email.

Link to the form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5744E.pdf

Hope this helps!

Could be the explanation why Vienna is on fire :) Let us hope they keep up the good work and we will all be in Canada soon ...

Does anybody know an average wait time form the medical request to passport request?
