I am very happy that I found this forum. It helped me a lot during the process, both with very useful information and emotional support... It's easier when you see that you are not alone in all of this.
Ljiljana, I don't have to go to Vienna since Croatia is a visa exempt country. However, my problem is that I just returned to Canada from Croatia last Wednesday. And now I have to go back to Croatia. I called CIC to ask them if my parents can send me COPR by mail and I do the landing in Vancouver airport. But they told me that those legal documents should not under any circumstances be sent by mail because they can be ceases at the port of entry. My options were either to go to Croatia, and return with COPR, or to contact Vienna, make an update for my address (give them the one in Canada) and then have my parents sent the COPR back to Vienna so they can send it to me to Canada. Honestly, that second option seemed a little to complicated... So I'm going back to Croatia next week.
