I would like to inform you that we can pay fees (application processing fees, RPRF) online now. May be some of you know it already. Please see below link.

It's really excellent service that CIO has provided service for the applicants to pay fees online. As we see many applicants are getting files back from CIO just because of fee payment issues. It should be helpful for the applicants who are about to send their files to CIO and also the applicants who are going to pay RPRF.

Hi Kavy,

You can write to them at ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca. State your UCI number, File Number and Name and DOB in all your correspondances to them.

can outside canada applicants also pay with credit card, or its for cnadian credit card only.
