So, have you got both AOR and MR on the same day? Coz the track sheet was already showing your AOR date as Jan 22.

i just was at the doctors to do the medical.

please update the sheet february 4th.


cost was 260 canadian dollar.

150 doctor fee
50 xray
60 blood/urine


they will send it out next week. i will have to call them again for tracking number

Thanks for the info....updated the track sheet. Yes, it takes about a week for the doctor's office to analyse the blood and urine samples and send the reports to Immigration Health Services.

Online starus.. Today i found out this message

Its like my case is been erased!!
Does any of have experienced this before??

Don't be worried. I and many others have the same problem since yesterday. I believe everything is fine and probably the site is under maintenance. Let's hope we can logon to our ECAS soon.

I have added two more columns today, as I listed below.

1. Medicals Received at CIO
2. ECAS Updated with "Medicals Received"

Probably you have seen that exactly when I was updating the track sheet. Please check it again and let me know if it's still the same.

It is okay now. But permit me to ask again, when you say medical received by CIO, is this the MR sent by the Panel Physician or the applicant's email sent to CIO and what is this suppose to help us track?

Hi Emperor,

I just divided this in to four different columns to give more idea to us. It might help us to track if somebody thinks that there is some delay happening in their case. I just modified one column as "Medical Reports Sent from Doctor to CIO" to avoid confusion.

i just wanna ask about the laboratory of the medical. do we have to do fasting before we do the blood test? and about the physical exam, what does the physical exam invlove?.

Finally I got response from CIO, that they has send back my application Dec 03,2012. But Still have not got yet. I am checking with my representative. I'll send fresh set of application sooon.
